What to expect as a customerOur expert staff is ready and able to handle any of your service needs. Part of what defines great service is never needing it, but making sure we're available if and when you do. To quote an old saying, "The Buck Stops Here". The trend locally is for a company to contract their service out to another separate independent company. The problem is that the independent company does not have a vested interest in youthe customer. Therefore, quality control over how the customer is handled greatly diminishes. So, we don't just accept your money and send you elsewhere for service. Our stocked service trucks are owned and insured by Hot Spring Spa of North County. Our service technicians have all been factory trained and authorized to repair the products we sell. In fact, our Service Manager was trained by Jon Watkins (of Watkins Manufacturing) himself in 1985 on the repair of Hot Spring Spas. All service technicians are employees of the company and continually attend service seminars as products change. Our in store staff are also trained to answer your questions and have access to computerized diagnostics to help with your every need. When you get a hot tub or sauna delivered by Hot Spring Spa of North County, you will be provided with a complete orientation on the use as well as maintenance information. A service technician will review the performance of your new product to ensure your happiness. Your home will be cleaned of any debris before we leave. PartsDo you have a hard to find part? We keep a full inventory of Hot Spring Spa, Tiger River, Hot Spot and Solana Spa parts in stock dating back to spas manufactured in 1975. We also keep a supply of sauna parts, pool and spa filters and other related parts. If you are having trouble locating a particular part, give us a call. We may have your needed part in stock or could locate one and special order it for you. Special order parts can be received in as little as 24 hours or up to 1 week.
